How to Make Banana Pudding

Banana Pudding

4-5 ripe bananas, sliced
1 cup orange juice
1 box low-fat vanilla wafers
1 cup lite Cool Whip
1 box instant sugar-free vanilla pudding
2 cups 1% low-fat milk (cold milk)
 
Mix pudding and milk together according to the directions on the box of the pudding. Add 8 ounces of cool whip. Mix well and refrigerate.  Dice bananas and dip in orange juice to prevent browning and drain. In decorative bowl layer vanilla wafers, bananas, then pudding mixture. Layer again if necessary, ending with pudding on top. Garnish with vanilla wafers. Serve cold. You can make mini/ or single serving in martini glasses or smaller cups to reduce calories.
